The engagement lifecycle
Initiation
First 30 days: scoping, stakeholder mapping, baseline review, and delivery of the QA Plan — a written contract for how we'll assess the project, on what cadence, and against which frameworks.
Ongoing Oversight
Monthly (or 30/60/90-day) assessments across the applicable knowledge areas. Every rating carries a narrative, evidence, and — where warranted — findings and recommendations.
Readiness
Pre-milestone readiness assessments at major gates: go/no-go preparation, agency readiness checks, cutover reviews, and Go-Live sign-off support.
Closeout
Final 30-day closeout report: outcomes against baselines, lessons learned, recommendation resolution status, and transition to operations.
